Jeremy
James B.Sc (Ost)
Jeremy trained for 4 years at the British School of
Osteopathy in London, which is the UK’s largest
training establishment for osteopaths, qualifying
in 1993. Since then Jeremy has worked in various practices
in the West Midlands. He spent six years practising
in New Zealand and returned to Solihull in 2003.
Jeremy
practises using a broad range of techniques. These
may include gentle soft tissue stretching, rhythmic
passive joint mobilisation or stronger manipulation
to improve the range of movement in specific joints.
He also practises cranial osteopathic techniques,
which can be used for babies and adults.
Advice
on exercises, diet and lifestyle are also considered
to be an important part of Jeremy's practise.
